Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community! We welcome cats and dogs under 25 lbs, with the following considerations:

Restricted Breeds: For safety reasons, we do not allow Chows, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, or any mixes of these breeds.

Pet Rent: Monthly pet rent may apply.
Rental Criteria

Lease Term: Standard 1-year lease.

Security Deposit: Equivalent to one month’s rent (OAC).

Application Fee: $48 per applicant (all residents 18+ must apply).

Credit & History: No evictions, bankruptcies, or foreclosures within the past 5 years.
Required Documentation
To expedite your application, please provide:

Identification: Two forms of current, valid ID.

Proof of Income: Documentation for the past 3 months (e.g., pay stubs, bank statements, W-2s, or housing vouchers).

Application: Online applications are preferred for faster processing.
Additional Details

Renter’s Insurance: Required for all residents.

Parking: May be available for an additional monthly fee.
