Cats and dogs under 25 lbs. welcome. No aggressive breeds: Chows, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, or mixes of aggressive breeds. Pet rent may apply.

Security deposit 1 month’s rent (on approved credit)
$48 application fee per person (18 years and older)

No evictions, bankruptcies, or foreclosures in the past 5 years
Two forms of current government-issued ID required
Proof of income required. Please provide documentation for the past 3 months, such as recent pay stubs, bank statements, W-2 forms, or a housing voucher
